Enabling Real-Time Credit Card Onboarding for Standard Chartered

Led the end-to-end UX design for Standard Chartered's real-time credit card onboarding journey in the UAE. The redesigned experience enabled instant approvals and set a new benchmark for digital onboarding speed and usability in the region.

Standard Chartered global design system components

Designing the Global Design System for Standard Chartered's Website

Worked as the dedicated designer on Standard Chartered's global website revamp, successfully launching across six markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and the UAE) within 1.5 years, improving accessibility, consistency, and visual quality.

I led the end-to-end redesign of Omnitive to shift Taiger's data extraction service to a scalable, self-serve product. The new experience simplified how customers create and deploy document extraction models, enabling rapid onboarding, frictionless trials, and a sales-ready product experience.

Websupport domain purchase journey optimization

Driving Domain Sales through an Optimized Purchase Journey

As part of the Growth Team, I led the end-to-end design process to improve Websupport's domain purchase journey. The project involved redesigning key touchpoints including the domain search, product page, and checkout flow to drive higher domain sales through improved upsell and cross-sell experiences.
